
AZTLAN UNDERGROUND ANNOUNCES SINGLE RELEASE; LISTEN TO THE NEW SONG ON SOUNDCLOUD AND YOUTUBE
Los Angeles indigenous social justice punk/hip hop/Prog rock band AZTLAN UNDERGROUND return to their rap core roots with the single “Black Lives Matter”. Produced by Michael Rozon. They'll kick things off with a soft launch on Soundcloud and YouTube on 4/4/19 on MLK’s
date of unjust death and a video launch and music platform launch i.e. ITunes, Pandora, Spotify etc. on 5/5/19.
In addition, Aztlan Underground are working on a slew of tracks to be released with subsequent video releases, ultimately culminating in
three studio albums that highlight the different genres Aztlan Underground encompasses like Hip Hop/Rapcore, Dark gothic progressive
music, and an Indigenous instrumentation album with a release date to be announced.
Aztlan Underground AKA Anahuak Underground emerged in 1990, drawing from the members' shared inspiration in recovering native
culture and for music that changes people’s lives and perspectives for a better world. Performing the world from Europe to Australia.
They've shared stages with the likes of Rage Against the Machine, System of a Down, and Immortal Technique. Their return to their
indigenous rapcore roots is their most grooving, hard hitting, inspirational, material yet!
